Terri Favata...made my beach house dream come true over five years ago.. It may not be on the water and it may not be the best looking home there..But it gave my sisters and I the best quality time fixing it up, and being together..It is my hide away for my wonderful husband and i and it is my Son's place to have a good time with friends.. and it was Shelbys true HOME forr a shoort while.. I have known Terri Favata for about 15 years, we met when she placed my first house on the market. Terri sold my home and sold us our second home all within a month span.
In 2005, I called upon her again to sell my home while goimg thru a divorce. It sold on the first day the sign was placed. It is funny noe but, stressful back then. I then purchased a home through Terri in Lucky Estates. Two years later sold that home with Terri in about 2 weeks a purchased a home with her again. Afew years later, I relocated to Mobile, Alabama and Terri helped me sell yet again. This time we had the house on the market for about 8 months. I moved to Alabama, Terri watched over my home and we rented it for a six month period. I trusted her and she insured my home stayed in its proper condition. She is a awesome real estate agent and has become a great friend over the years. I would highly recommend her company. She will provide you with honesty and first class service. In August 2011, Terri guided my daughter with her first home purchase. It says a lot to entrust her with my baby girl. My two brothers and I recently sold our late parents house. We tried to sell it ourselves but had no success so we decided to put it in the hands of a realtor. After shopping around, we chose Terri Favata of First Class Properties in Milford, Delaware. We had our initial meeting with Terri at my parent's house. Terri was right on time for the meeting and got right to work evaluating the property, establishing a price, and explaining the Listing Agreement to us. She was very friendly, very thorough, and spent quite a bit of time making sure we understood the whole process.
In just 3 1/2 weeks Terri had a Contract on the property which resulted in the sale of the property at a fair market price. Terri kept us informed the entire time and was quick to answer any questions we had along the way. I would highly recommend Terri Favata to anyone wanting to sell their property.
